ᴺQ. !etepanya- v. “to put forth” (Category: to Put, Place, Set, Lay)

⚠️ᴺQ. !etepanya-, v. “to put forth” [created by Helge Fauskanger, NQNT] (Category: to Put, Place, Set, Lay)
Q. caita-² “*to lay (something down); [ᴱQ.] to place”

A neologism coined by Helge Fauskanger for his Neo-Quenya New Testament (NQNT), a combination of et(e)- “out” and [ᴹQ.] panya- “fix, set”. I don’t think the semantics of panya- are correct for this usage, and I would instead use transitive [ᴹQ.] caita-².
