ᴺQ. !pérappa, n. “bridle, (lit.) lip-rope” [created by Helge Fauskanger, NQNT] (Category: Horse (generic))

A neologism for “bridle” coined by Helge Fauskanger for his Neo-Quenya New Testament (NQNT), a combination of “lip” and [ᴺQ.] rappa, hence more literally “*lip-rope”. Fauskanger also used [ᴺQ.] antolatta “bridle” = anto “mouth” + latta “strap”.
