A verb appearing as ᴱ√VELU- “unroll” in the Qenya Lexicon, identical in form to its root (QL/100). Under the entry for its antonym ᴱ√TOL+U “roll up, furl”, the verb velu- was glossed “unfurl”.
Neo-Quenya: There is a later verb ᴹQ. panta- “to unfurl, spread out, open” from The Etymologies of the 1930s (Ety/PAT), but that verb seems to mean “*open up” rather than “unroll”. I would therefore retain ᴺQ. velu- “to unroll, unfurl” for purposes of Neo-Quenya, based on a Neo-Root ᴺ√BELU, to salvage words like [ᴱQ.] velupantië “revelation”
