A neologism coined by Paul Strack in 2018 specifically for Eldamo, the noun form of Q. quer- “turn, *revolve”. The Neo-Quenya Wiki (NQW) gave ᴺQ. pelë for “revolution” based on the root √PEL “go round, encircle”, but I think the root √KWER “revolve” fits better semantically.
